Hi, I'm Meredith.

Let me be upfront with you: I didn't come from the travel industry. I came from behind a salon chair where I've spent the last 16+ years doing what I love, building relationships with clients who've become like family, and quietly becoming the person in my circle who plans every trip.

Becoming a mom changed everything. Not in the way people warn you about — though yes, that too — but in the way it reshapes what you want your life to actually look like. I wanted to be home with my son. I wanted flexibility. I wanted to build something that worked around my family, not the other way around. And I wanted to keep doing work that felt meaningful and genuinely fun.

That's when I took a long, hard look at something I'd been doing for free for years: planning incredible trips. My husband Matt and I take at least two to three vacations a year, and if you know me, you know I research every single detail. Hotels, excursions, hidden gems, how to not get ripped off at the airport — I live for it. So when I found out I could turn that obsession into a real income stream, it felt almost too good to be true.

I felt the same skepticism you might be feeling right now. I get it. But I took the leap and it's one of the best decisions I've made.

Now I help people do two things: travel better for less, and earn real money doing what they already love. Whether you want someone to plan your next vacation or you're curious about building your own travel business, I'm your person.

WHAT MAKES MEREDITH DIFFERENT

I'm not a salesperson. I'm a planner who gets paid to care.

Most travel advisors come from the hospitality world. I come from 16 years of building trust with real people in a very personal setting. When you sit in someone's chair every six weeks, you learn how to listen. You learn what people actually want versus what they say they want. And you learn that the details matter — because the details are the whole thing.

That instinct for people and detail is what I bring to every single trip I plan. Your vacation isn't a transaction to me. It's your anniversary, your first family trip with a new baby, your girls' trip you've been planning for two years. I treat it accordingly.
